Start here: the 60-second checklist
- Are you on m2win001.com or m2win002.com? If not, go to the official link.
- Type your username and password fresh, with the eye icon on. Do not trust autofill.
- Check caps lock and that there is no space before or after your username.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
- Open a private/incognito tab and try again.
"Incorrect username or password"
- Your browser may have saved an old password. Delete the saved entry and type the current one.
- Usernames are easy to mistype on a phone keyboard; autocorrect can capitalise the first letter.
- Still failing? Use Forgot Username/Password and verify with Mobile OTP or Email OTP.
The site will not load, or loads forever
- Use the backup link m2win002.com. Both links open the same account.
- Change network. Some Wi-Fi and mobile networks block casino domains.
- Clear the cache: in Chrome, Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data; on iPhone, Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
- Update your browser. Old versions of Chrome or Safari may not run M2 properly. See Devices & Browsers.
Logged out, or the page says your session ended
Sessions can expire after a long time idle or when you clear your browser data. Log in again from the official link. If it keeps happening on one device, clear that browser's cache once.
OTP not arriving
Check the number and the +60 code, wait a minute before resending, and try Email OTP instead. Full steps are on Forgot Username/Password.
Home Screen app shows a blank or wrong page
The icon remembers the address it was added from. Delete it, open the latest link in Chrome or Safari, then add it to your Home Screen again using the M2 App guide.
Never "fix" a login by sending your password or OTP to anyone. If someone in a chat offers to log in for you, it is a scam.
Still stuck?
Contact M2 through LiveChat on the official site. Tell them your username, phone model, browser and what the screen says; a screenshot helps.
