M2 Login Not Working? 7 Quick Fixes
Most M2 login problems have nothing to do with your account. They come from the link you opened, the browser you are using or a password your phone saved months ago. Work through these seven fixes in order; most players are back in by fix three.
1. Make sure you are on the official link
M2 lists m2win001.com as its latest link and m2win002.com as its backup. Tap the address bar and read the domain. If it is anything else, close the tab and open the official link yourself.
2. Type your password fresh
Browsers love to autofill old passwords. Delete what is in the field, tap the eye icon so you can see what you type, and enter your password slowly. Watch for caps lock and for autocorrect capitalising the first letter of your username.
3. Use Forgot Username/Password
Still rejected? Tap Login → Forgot Username/Password? and verify with Mobile OTP or Email OTP. The full walkthrough is on the Forgot Password page.
4. Try the backup link
If M2 will not load at all, open m2win002.com. It is the same platform and the same account, just a second address.
5. Switch networks
Some Wi-Fi and mobile networks block casino domains. Toggle between Wi-Fi and mobile data and reload.
6. Clear your browser cache
A stuck cache can cause endless loading or a half-drawn page.
- Android (Chrome): ⋮ → Settings → Privacy and security → Delete browsing data → Cached images and files.
- iPhone (Safari): Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data.
You will need to log in again afterwards.
7. Re-add the Home Screen app
If the M2 icon on your Home Screen opens a blank or wrong page, delete it, open the latest link in Chrome or Safari, and add it again. The M2 App guide shows each tap.
Still stuck?
Contact M2 through LiveChat on the official site. Give them your username, phone model, browser and a screenshot of the error. Never send your password or OTP, and ignore anyone in a chat group who offers to log in for you.
